FOXO4-DRI – Research-Grade D-Retro-Inverso Peptide
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetically engineered D-retro-inverso peptide derived
from a defined interaction motif within the FOXO4 protein. The retro-inverso
configuration consists of D-amino acids arranged in reversed sequence order,
resulting in a structurally stabilized peptide analog distinct from the
native L-amino acid protein fragment.
In laboratory research settings, FOXO4-DRI is utilized as a reference
material for studying peptide–protein interaction models, domain-specific
binding motifs, and structure–function relationships associated with
transcription factor interaction domains. The D-retro-inverso design allows
investigation of peptide stability and conformational behavior under
controlled in vitro conditions.
Unlike full-length transcription factors or complex multi-domain proteins,
FOXO4-DRI represents a discrete and reproducibly synthesized peptide
construct suitable for mechanistic assays and comparative peptide studies.
This material is intended strictly for laboratory research use only and is
not designed for human or veterinary application.
